The handle on the back is great for swooshing the Tugboat around in the water, and also helps pour water out of the front spout.

Classic Tugboat with Made from 100% Recycled Milk Jugs The molded detailing on the front of the 100% recycled plastic Green Toys™ Tugboat wheelhouse features the lettering “S. S. Green Toys,” along with a ladder, life preserver, anchor, lights, and horns. There are also 5 windows through which you can see the captain’s seat and steering wheel. The deck has simulated cargo net under the arching handle, which, when the boat is submerged, allows the hull to fill with water that then pours out the front spout.

This colorful yellow, red, and blue boat floats great, making it the perfect toy for water play in the tub, the pool, and even at the beach. It has a handle from the wheelhouse to the back deck and a wide-mouth spout at the front to scoop and pour water.
